A single platform gives the due dates of everything: the craftsman, the practice, the start-up, the shop, the association — and every trade in every canton.
1. What makes the coverage
The engine does not start from a list of trades: it starts from the rule. Every dated obligation of Swiss law is there with its rule — annual accounts, returns, contributions, occupational pension, data processing.
The setup answers — legal form, NOGA sector, canton, headcount, turnover, VAT regime — decide alone which due dates apply. Nothing is standardised "for everyone": a sole trader without staff does not get the same due dates as a forty-employee Sàrl.
2. What it covers, concretely
- Periodic obligations — VAT, AVS/AI/APG, LPP, LAA, salary declarations, withholding tax.
- Annual obligations — annual accounts, approval, filing, tax return, minutes of the meeting.
- Event-driven obligations — end of a fixed-term contract, departure of a member of staff, expiry of a construction warranty, renewal of a policy.
