DueDate.ch does not simply remind you of a date: the date itself is watched. Legal monitoring is included in the subscription — at no extra cost.
Four times a week, the service re-reads the official sources: the Federal Gazette (bills and parliamentary items), the Official Compilation (amendments in force), the consultations and the practice pages of the federal offices. Every reading leaves a fingerprint; a fingerprint that changes is a law on the move.
The deadline concerned is then reset in the calendar, before the client has to worry about it. That is the difference with a frozen calendar: the deadlines of 2028 already know the laws adopted in 2027.
Elsewhere, regulatory monitoring is billed separately, often at the price of a whole subscription. Here it is part of the base at CHF 12 a month and of every module subscribed.
The reason is simple: monitoring billed separately is bought only by companies that already have a legal department. Monitoring included benefits the craftsman, the practice and the start-up — those who miss it most.
Nothing to do: the calendar shows « ● Monitoring active on N laws », and the list of watched texts unfolds in one click. When a law is passed, the deadline arrives already corrected.
